Most Helpful Positive Review GREAT VALUE!
These binoculars are a great value. I am an avid birder and wanted a spare pair of binoculars to loan to friends when they accompany me. The image quality of these binoculars easily compares to other binoculars costing over twice as much. I live in south Florida, and can attest that these binoculars are truly waterproof and fog free. I would recommend these binoculars to anyone looking for a great value for recreational birding. Pros: Waterproof, clear image, lightweight, low cost

Good low end binoculars

by Legacy Reviewer, from WA, United States Written on May 30, 2011
I have been looking for an inexpensive pair of 8X32 binoculars. I wanted a waterproof set, preferably with Bak-4 lenses, that I could feel comfortable taking anywhere, without worrying about it being damaged or stolen. These are exactly what I was looking for. They are manufactured by Bushnell, a reputable company which so far I had only good experience with (I own couple other Bushnell low-end binoculars). The view is clear and the field of view of 384 feet at 1000 yard is decent. I seems that the close focus is about 10 feet, which is not the best but good enough for bird watching. The case is large enough for the binoculars, the neck strap and a cleaning cloth. The only bad thing I can see is the lack of lens covers, which I dont understand. They are very cheap to manufacture and should have not added anything to the final cost. However; this was properly disclosed in every advertisement for this product, so I cant complain that I didnt know about it when I bought this set.
Pros: Good quality and features for the price
Cons: No lens covers
Would recommend: Yes

EXCELLENT VALUE

by Legacy Reviewer, from WA, United States Written on December 16, 2010
This is an amazing instrument for the price. Good entry level, kids, back-up,or "knock about" bino. Optics aren't up to higher-end products, but are incredibly good and utilitarian considering the cost.
Pros: Very good optics for price, ergonomic, light weight
Cons: none really
Would recommend: Yes
