Incredible Optics
I went on a painstaking quest 2 months ago to find the best binocular I could find. After much searching/spending time with several binoculars, I happily chose the Bushnell Forge 10X42. I am confident, with all the binoculars that I spent time with (from $150 - $2,200), these are the best option. To my eyes, these binoculars absolutely CRUSH everything below $1,000 in the 10X42 category (image quality, low-light performance, ergonomics). Bushnell Forge 10x42
Excellent low light transmission and great clarity, I have much more expensive binos; had to send to Germany for repair. Bought these to hold me over until the “Z’s” were returned. No hurry now….these are fantastic!!!!! Definitely recommend to anyone wanting high value with reasonable cost!!!!

You can’t beat the quality
I’ve owned a number of binoculars over the years and these are the best I have owned. They’re the perfect mix of quality and price. Solid construction. Field of view is bright and sharp. My son has been bugging me for a pair now, and why not. For the money you won’t find better binoculars.

Good binos... but
The glass seems quite good but there is a LOT of slop in the focus wheel. The gearing on the focus is about right... easy to focus other than the slop. These are fairly heavy but solid feeling. Ocular adjustments are nice. Lens covers are nice.

Forge 10x42
Very nice clear images with the Forge! Used this at dusk and was able to clearly glass 400 yards away with solid detail. I really like the EXO barrier. You can definitely tell those lenses are well protected. This one will get the job done for any use. I like to use them for birding, watching airplanes and will definitely use them for hunts in the Dakotas next year!
