Not as described, NO Satellite updates, not portable, has to be in range of your computer to get info from website{program has to be running}, has to be set up, may be usefull in the house to monitor 5 counties weather, has some uses, just doesn't do what info says.
Pros: 5 county access
Cons: Has to be close to your computer
