A Good General-Use Bino on the cheap
The Bushnell Legacy WP is a good quality porro prism Binocular as well as a good value. I bought the 8X42 model. They are coated with a durable and easy to grip rubber coating and the images through their fully multi-coated optics are clear and bright especially for this price range. The eyecups are easy to just twist and adjust and there is also a diopter. They are a little big and heavy; when I bought them I anticipated installing a bino harness. My one major design complaint with these binoculars is their deeply recessed carry strap/harness loops. I was unable to install a harness on them (...

Bought It Again
I purchased this item as it was rated as a best buy by an outdoors magazine a couple years ago and was very pleased. My brother asked about upgrading his binos and showed him mine. He was impressed so ordered another for him. The overall design is dated but the price point for the glass on this bino is great!
Pros:
- Price & quality
Cons:
- Design
Best Used for:
- Hunting 10yd - 300yds

Most value for the dollar that I can recall
I think these binoculars are the best value for the money I've ever found. Images are very bright and very clear. I'm a retired merchant mariner so have a lot of history using binoculars. I've never believed in owning a pair that costs more than $100 - $150 because they get lost, loaned, or both. I've always found I can get clear enough sight with a moderately priced pair. So when I tried these Bushnell's for the price I paid I was absolutely pleased. You won't go wrong.

Bushnell legacy Binocular 120842
I'm very pleased with this excellent product. I am interested in birding rather than high magnification so the 8x does well. Field of vision is large and very comfortable. It's not the smallest or lightest for this use but these factors are not a problem in my opinion. The shape facilitates one's holding it. A harness is a good idea for walking on a trail. The price is exactly in line.

Bushnell legacy WP 8x42 Binoculars
This is an excellent product at a great price. You cannot go wrong. These binoculars are clear, gather light good and despite what other reviews stated are easy to focus. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good set of binoculars for less than $100.

Great Binocular For Nature
This Is Excellent Binocular for bird watching or stargazing. It is very sharp (up to 60% field of view) and very minimal chromatic aberation. Very wide FOV. Comparable to nikon action EX, but image is slightly soft at edge (Nikon have better image at corners) but for this price, it is a great bargain
Pros: Great Contrast And Fidelity
Cons: Slightly Heavy

Good binoculars!
Good binoculars! I can focus on close objects, about 10, 12 feet, as well as on distant objects. An incredible deal, about 4/5 off the counter price at a local store.

Aussie Pete
Bought these Binoculars from Optics Planet based on Internet reasearch and reviews.
Not dissapointed. Images are crisp and clear (although my Zeiss 7 X 50 are a tad brighter - but that explains vast price difference!).
If you need a not too expensive, tough, water proof pair of binoculars for Hunting, Sports or Birdwatching - I suggest you give the Bushnell Legacy WP 8x42 some serious consideration.
Pros: Value for money. Compact size. Water Proof.
Cons: Supringly heavier than expected. Cheap Neck Strap.

Great all around bino's
Considering the cost of these, you really cannot get more for your money. Water proof, fog proof, Bak-4 prisms, fully multi-coated lenses, wide angle. and rubber armoring. 8x42 is a nice size. Not to big or small. I've used these for bird watching, and even a bit of astronomy but I have other much bigger ones for that. Overall I am extremely pleased with the Bushnell Legacy.
Pros: Bak-4 prisms, Water proof, Fully Multi-coated lenses. Inexpensive

Bushnell Legacy WP 8x42
Nice binocular, abit heavier than Bushnell Legend, and accessories are more poor, but optics itself is on the same level. Bright and crisp image. Satisfied with this choice
