I take this opportunity to share my experience with the Bushnell Legend 2X7 rifle scope that I recently purchased from Optics Planet. I moved to Oregon a few years ago and could not wait for my first Elk hunt. I had what I thought was a great rifle for the season; it was a 308 Norma Magnum. I had a good major brand 4X12 scope attached that I had used for many years. SW PA Deer Hunting (woods)

Bought this scope for my Marlin 30/30 lever-action specifically for deer hunting in SW Pa steep, hilly, and wooded gameland. Scope mounted easily, performed reliably while stalking. Opening day of Buck season was pretty miserable weather for a scope: ~40 degrees F, rained all night and during pre-dawn and foggy through the day. Even though the lenses got wet, fogging only ocurred around the edges of the glass (you could still sight through the crosshairs). Nevertheless, given the price and performance - scope works to expectations. Very satisfied with this purchase.

Bushnell Legend 2-7x32 Riflescope Matte Multi-X 752732M Rifle scope

As an experienced hunter and military expert marksman I can truely state that the Bushnell Legend 2-7x32 scope is a great scope and a real value for your money. The fast focus and power ring adjustments are smooth, the 1/4" click windage and elevation adjustments are precise and repeatable and the field of view is great.I have several higher end Bushnell Elites and the Bushnell Legend compares favorably to them.
Pros: Excellent glass, fast focus eyepiece, great FOV, Super price

Great for my Marlin 336

I mounted this scope on my Marlin 336, only after reading scores of reviews for other similar scopes. This one meets and exceeds all my expectations. I'm going to get another one for my Marlin .44 mag..

Legend 2-7X32

Another beautiful scope that shoots holes in the theory that anything under $200 is a waste of money! This thing is a real gem! The fully multi-coated lenses and edge to edge clarity provide for a bright, clear, distortion-free picture that surpasses that of my Nikon scopes. Right out of the box the fast focus eyepiece and magnification power
ring operated smoothly. Cabela's and Bass Pro Shops carry at a regular price of $149 vs. Opticsplanet at $119. I saved an immediate $30, even more considering the shipping costs the others charge. OP delivered via free UPS shipping...as they always do!

The Bushnell Legend 2-7X32: A Scope for Hunters Who Value Accuracy

As an expert big game hunter and target marksman with over three decades of experience with scoped rifles, I can claim that this Bushnell Legend scope is the finest value in optics I have ever used. The clarity in low light and ease of target acqisition have made it a pleasure to stalk deer in the big woods.
