first nightvision purchase, price was major factor in purchase. warrenty from bushnell and customer service experiance from previous purchases at opticsplanet made me comfortable in purchasing something I really did not have to have. wanted to be able to scan the streets from my house at night without shining the flashlight out the window. like the ease of use and feels solid in the hand. may purchase a nightvision scope for my rifle in future but wanted to verify the need without spending alot of money.
Pros: price/ easy to use
Cons: reduced effectiveness in urban environment
