I am not very familiar with night vision at all, I did my homework and picked the Bushnell 4X50 night watch and am very happy with it. It met my expectations and with 36 lines of resolution per MM it does a fine job

This is a joke. At best I would call it dusk vision not night vision. The first one I recieved did not work at all, and the second one can only be described as pathetic. first nightvision purchase, price was major factor in purchase. warrenty from bushnell and customer service experiance from previous purchases at opticsplanet made me comfortable in purchasing something I really did not have to have. wanted to be able to scan the streets from my house at night without shining the flashlight out the window. like the ease of use and feels solid in the hand. may purchase a nightvision scope for my rifle in future but wanted to verify the need without spending alot of money.
Pros: price/ easy to use
Cons: reduced effectiveness in urban environment

Simple but effective

For the price you can't go wrong with this. Easy to use and focus plus it is highly effective up to 300 ft.
Pros: Great eye relief and focal capabilities up to 300 ft
Cons: Focus easily bumped out of place
