I mounted this in an AR pistol with no hassle and then zeroed easily. That was nice, but then people started complimenting me for the optic. People were impressed it was Bushnell, but they were amazed at the price!

Great Optic for the price

I’ve had this red dot about three years now and it’s been mounted on my custom built AR9. Mounting is as straightforward as it gets, for rifle mounts it comes with a riser which was nice. I zeroed it, when I first got it, with ~10 rounds (im picky when it comes to zeroing my optics) and havnt had to touch it since. Ive been through 1000+ rnds with this red dot and eveytime i go to the range im expecting there to be at least some minor adjustments needed, but to my surprise, not once have i had to adjust anything. That’s impressive considering I’m pretty rough with the gun its on. It does NOT have auto on or off and I did forget to turn it off one time. It was about two weeks before I realized I had left it on. It had not completely died but the reticle was substantially dimmer and the battery needed to be replaced. But that was a me problem. You will not find a better red dot at this price.

good budget red dot

It’s a Bushnell but it’s on the cheaper end so I didn’t have high hopes. But I’ve had it a couple years and no problems. It has held up on my 12ga 870 with an 18” barrel shooting buckshot and heavy turkey loads.

Weaver mount

Very nice red dot sight. I wanted to upgrade the red dot on my Buck Mark, selection was limited due to a weaver rail. The Bushnell RSX-100 is a good quality option for a good price. Mounted nicely and looks great on the pistol.
