The Bushnell scout dx 1000 arc is a quality made range finder.
You can do some really accurate distance measuring BUT the menu is so complicated that you will finally end up using only one mode!It will measure distance up to 850 meters and only if the target isn't dark coloured. The included battery will last a long time before you'll have to change it.
