Clear view cool

by Badboy, from IL, United States Written on September 17, 2016
Eagles are truly magnificent at 200 yardsthe clarity is absolutely the best. I was expecting some type of condensation on the lens and never happen at 20 degrees. To be a spotter of Wildlife and a birdwatcher this is an absolute must.
The separation of birds from polish almost seems kind of 3D
ish.
Pros:
  • A must for bird watching
Cons:
  • Gets heavy after a while

Nicely made-good eye relief

by Jack, from NY, United States Written on February 21, 2015
With temp's below freezing and two feet of snow on the ground I haven't been able to use this scope at the Range.. However, I made a trial run sighting on distant objects I guessed at 100yds distant. So far I am satisfied with the eye-relief and the optics. The tri-pod is solid enough for bench shooting. This scope replaces a Barska with poor eye relief for eye glass wearers that was one half the cost of the Bushnell. Hopefully you do get what you pay for ! The included back pack and the lens caps are decent. The front lens cap is non removable so you won't lose it. The front lens cap is removable but has no tether so it could easily be lost. Fit and finish look good for a scope in this price class.

Great Scope

by Legacy Reviewer, Verified Owner from WA, United States Written on August 3, 2012
The Bushnell Spacemaster is a great scope. I took it to the range last week and it provides an all too clear picture of the target and my crappy marksmanship at 100 yards (I'm blaming it on the rifle). It has a clear, bright image even at maximum magnification. It also comes in a nice backpack so that it is easy to pack in and out of wherever you are going. It is a bit expensive (most nice things are), but overall worth the money.
Pros: Easy to operate and clear image
Cons: A little pricey

Great Scope!

by Legacy Reviewer, Verified Owner from CA, United States Written on May 9, 2012
My first spotting scope and I'm glad I chose Spacemaster! Clear images, in a compact housing. My rifle range has steel targets up to 600+ yards, and I can easily see impacts. Even .223/5.56 rounds can be seen at 300 yards on a paper target.

Bushnell should of named this the "Tactical 15-45X60"!
Pros: Clear optics. Easy to use. Takes little space. Rugged Design.

Very Satisfied

by Legacy Reviewer, Verified Owner Written on February 4, 2011
I bought this spotting scope to use while target shooting. I have not had the chance to take it to the range yet, due to the weather, however I have tested it out in general and I am very satisfied. I can easily read a street sign on mid power from 1000yds away. Very clear.
Cons: The tripod is not super high quality (minute fine tuning of the position is not easily acheived), however for my needs it is acceptable. I set it on the target and leave it alone.

Nice Spoting Scope

by Legacy Reviewer, Verified Owner from DE, United States Written on July 23, 2010
This is a nice spotting scope kit. Comes complete with a stnad and carry bag. The optics are clear and the scope is well made. The bag is nice and the stand is pretty good but I cant complain abiout that. I looked for weeks before buying the Bushnell Spacemaster. Im glad this was the one I bought. Fast, and I mean fast shipping by Optic Planet! Well deff buy from here again. Also check for rebates and free fleece offer (well you have to pay $15 for shipping and handling, so really not "free") on select Bushnell scopes and binoc's.
Pros: good value
Cons: none

crisp optics

by Legacy Reviewer, Verified Owner from PA, United States Written on March 5, 2010
Great even in low lite condition. I was able to make out 30 cal bullet hole very clearly at 175 yards. Plus the scope was at it's lowest setting.
Pros: bak-7 prism, very durable, comes with backpack, can pack large tripod, great value
Cons: can't think of any
