The power doesn't change the eye relief which when I am shooting a magnum pistol I don't want the pistol to close to my eye

I purchased this scope for use on a 'scout' rifle as the price seemed very reasonable for the features. Even with the maximum 11.5" of eye relief I could achieve, I cannot obtain a full field of view and do not until about 15" from the eye. This would probably be a good value as a handgun-only sco...

Good price for a good product
I've had this on my ruger .44 mag. No problems at all. Has held up well to heavy loads. The price here is well under local sports shops.

Outstanding
Have used various scopes and find this scope to be the best. I mounted this on a Thompson ProHunter Pistol with 204 caliber barrel. Scope performed excellant.

Good scope, but prretty big
So far this has been a good scope all around. It holds a zero on large caliber guns (.44mag) and it has a good image. The only drawback is its size. For handgun scopes its big... very big and I can't get my gun into a holster (for scoped guns)anymore. Definately for the biggest 10" or bigger guns. My 6" Desert Eagle is a bit too small for this one

Another great Bushnell Scope
Mounted on a Ruger Redhawk .44 mag; Jack Wiegeand no-tap weaver rail mount. The scope has sustained a beating with the highest power loads with no difficulty at all. Great optics and reliability - I have really come to respect Bushnell products.
Pros: great resolution throughout the range of magnification; easy to reach and use focus ring; tough and durable
Cons: my eyes could always use an extra diopter of adjustment in the eyepiece focus

Bushnell Long Eye Relief Pistol Scope
Use it with hard kicking rifle cartridges on a T/C Encore; long eye relief is a blessing. Holds its focus and eye relief well when you change power. Still gives bright images on our rare cloudy days.

Bushnell Trophy Pistol Scope
I first tried one of these scopes on a friend's Ruger .44 Mag and shot six rds. through one hole at 25 yds. Bought one for myself and mounted it on a Browning Hunter .22 with practically the same results. Great pistol scope!
