Stitching came undone - Butler Creek Rifle/Shotgun Comfort Stretch Sling

I purchased this sling in order to put it on the brand new Cooper rifle that I had special ordered.
The first time that I used the sling the stitching came undone. My new Cooper rifle fell to the ground. The stock on the rifle was scratched.
Not impressed at all!!
