UTG Pro AR15 Quick Detach Receiver End Plate
The four notches that are supposed to limit the swiveling action of the QD cause it to disengage whenever it rotates more than a quarter turn. I will most likely have to machine the notches off and see if this fixes it wish it worked out of the box.
