This is my second MOE carbine stock and I have no complaints. I had a fit issue with my new AR build and thought this stock was out of spec. After swapping with my older stock made 4-5 years ago and encountering the same issue, it turns out the extension tube was the problem. I believe this shows how consistent the manufacturing processes are.

I did not read carefully and didn't know this handguard only fits mid-length rifles with round retaining caps (not triangular). Considering most (roughly 80%) mid-length AR's use triangular caps, Magpul should have made a triangular or universal version. Regardless, the handguard itself fit together very well and was extremely sturdy.

I have only used the Magpul K2 and MIAD grips in the past to compare with against the standard A2. The MOE-Plus is a great replacement if you're looking for an A2 replacement that is beefier and has more grip (made of silicon or rubber, not plastic). A step up from this option would be the MIAD which is modular.

Perfect for low budget back up sights. If you're looking for more reliable sights, I'd suggest fixed, metal sights. Otherwise, this rear sight pairs well with a fixed front A2 sight. The adjustment clicks are audible and tight while the flip-up operation is durable.

The panels lock into the Picatinny rail very solidly. They work great if you're looking for a hand stop over an angled fore grip or vertical grip. Since they're separate panels, you can use any of them in any order to suit your needs/comfort.
