Where to start... Total length is ~57” max, which doesn’t work for climbing trees any bigger than a telephone pole. The prusik loop is secured by 2 crimps with heat shrink tubing over it. There is a reason rope manufacturers make prusik loops with the ends sewn together. I’m sure it would hold a static load at first, but I would not trust my life to a couple crimps. And if you do decide to try this lineman’s belt, PLEASE check the knots. Poor knot choices and loosely tied on the one I received. Carabiner seems OK. No issues with OP, great price and well packaged. Very poor product from Muddy.

I bought this scope on sale mainly for the great set of features and the reticle. I was pleasantly surprised by the glass. Only issue I have is mine didn’t come with the locking turrets, which isn’t a big deal for me. I would definitely recommend. Well done Sig!

Burris XTR Signature 34mm Rifle Scope Rings
Genius design if you don’t want to spend the money (and added weight) of an angled base. The rings are sturdy and with 6 screws, hold very securely. A great feature of these is the ability to adjust both elevation AND windage. Perfect if there is some misalignment between the barrel and optic mount, as I’ve experienced with a rifle of mine. These come with a nice little case also, which helps to keep up with the extra inserts not in use.

Solid rings, very sturdy. High quality fit and finish. Low profile top half, which doesn’t obstruct line of sight to the scope turrets. Used the 15R7M to mount a 50mm objective to a Ruger M77 at the perfect height.

Glass is very clear, the reticle is very clean and one of the only 17 HMR BDCs I could find, and overall the scope is well made. Having red and green illumination with multiple settings each is very nice too. I would buy again for sure
