Any Binoculars I have owned in the past were 7x35
Then I was a gun show and a guy was selling similar Binoculars; slightly heavier and a different brand, but essentially the same type of binocular.
I was indoors and when I looked through them I noticed how BRIGHT and clear the image was. I was sold!
But NOT at the price he was asking!
I did extensive research on these Barska glasses and for the money, they are at the top of the food chain.
Would I compare them to say Zeiss, NO, but then I am not paying for that type of quality.
I wanted a shooting bag that I could also use as a piece of luggage. I did an extensive amount of research and decided on the GPS Large rolling range bag.
After I received it I wanted to make sure it would carry the same items I carried in my existing range bag.
IT DOESN'T!
Don't get me wrong it is a good bag, but not one that can accommodate what my current bag can carry.
As an example, it has a place for binoculars, but the only way you can get binoculars in the space provided is if they are close to the size of Opera glasses.
All the external pockets are WAY TOO SHALLOW!
I can carry my ear muffs, two rolls of tape, my shooting glass case in one external pocket and there is still another pocket sown outside that one for additional items such as gloves.
There are 3 small front pockets also sown on the front of the bag where I can carry other items.
Then there is the other external pocket where I carry my bullet hole dots (covers bullet holes in the target) small bullseye type targets. Both the external side pockets are at least 2" deep not counting the additional pockets sown into those pockets.
Inside is cavernous. I can carry 3 to 4 guns and ammo.
You may be asking....Well if his current bag carries all that stuff, WHY does he need another bag?
Good question.
The reason is....IT'S TOO DARN HEAVY TO CARRY HENCE THE NEED FOR THE ABILITY TO HAVE WHEELS.
I hope this helps.
Thanks,
A P Gulla
