Standard Troy quality (Fantastic quality) but must warn that it doesn't come with any rails for the stock and if buying for a ptr91 (GI thin stocked version) then you will need to replace the pin with a longer one. Fits great and extremely sturdy. Will mar up the finish but that's the price you pay for having a military rifle/finish and metal sliding against metal when taking it off or on. It does come with the scope mount though and has no play, very sturdy
