Perfect fit!

I attached this handguard to an Aero Precision M5. Simple installation provided you don't have a pinned gas block or haven't installed your pinned gas block yet. If you have the gas block installed already, you will have to remove it, even if it is low profile, as the supplied barrel nut won't go over the gas block.
The rail on the handguard matched up perfectly with the rail on the upper receiver. As advertised, it is indeed a high profile handguard. The handguard locks securely into place with no rotation. It is exactly what they say it is: A solidly built, high profile, free floating, M-Lok handguard. A barrel nut wrench with torque wrench opening is supplied.
Incidentally, if you go to the Aero Precision website, you will find that their fully assembled uppers come equipped with... (TaDah!) Midwest Industries handguards! The handguards they sell sport the Aero logo as well as the Midwest Industries logo. It stands to reason that this handguard fits on an Aero upper so nicely.
