I installed this in an Aero Precision M4E1 lower receiver and when using 20 round Lancer L5 AWM 300BLK magazines, the magazine would fall out after each shot. I also found that the lever was extremely easy to press and required very little force. I tried using both the magazine button the SI came with as well as a Mil Spec button and in both cases, I had the same issue. I ended up going back to the Mil Spec magazine release and threw this thing in the trash.
