I sold a Vortex Razor HD Gen 2 3-18x50 to get this scope, mainly because with my eyes at 45 years old I needed the extra magnification. I am pleasantly surprised. The glass on this scope is just as good, and clear to me. I know this is subjective to each individuals own eyes, however all of my shooting buddies that have Razors reluctantly agreed. The clicks are super tactile ( not as good as the Razor but close). The zero stop setting is easy and great. This scope has a 34mm main tube which really brings in light nicely. The center of the reticle is very fine at 5x, but I like that. Illumination is perfect. Parallax settings are right on. Also this scope comes with a nice throw lever, snap on tenebrex flip up caps, and a nice sunshade. I was on the fence between this one or an Athlon Cronus btr 4.5-29x56. I am confident I made the right choice.
