Purchased on sale. Food price fast shipping. Accurate in my Walther & Glock. No functioning issues, seems relatively clean shooting. Velocity was subsonic out of those guns & worked with suppressor.
Went to mount an optic, discovered the threaded holes weren't square with slide. Can visibly see adapter plate crooked, tried a 2nd plate same thing. Got out callers and confirmed the drilled & tapped holes in slide are off. I'll be returning this & will try another one. Fingers crossed.
Saw the "list" price & features, then the sale price. How could I go wrong? In all fairness I'll be comparing these toy Bushnell Legend 10X42 Bino's. Was looking for something just a little more magnification. Unfortunately the glass isn't even close. Atibal is Not as "bright" or clear with good depth. The knob adjustment is smooth with good tension. The real deal breaker for me ended up being apparently my eyes are close together (never had them measured before), these are 2 wide for me to use. Never had that issue before.
Walther PPQ/Glock 19 X2 (1 stock barrel other wilson target barrel)/RI tac9. Each have run 200 rnds a piece with no issues. Ammo comes in plastic bags. I didn't count all the bags to make sure each had 500, just weighed them for comparison. Its a little dirty on the fingers. Have only shot on steel 7yrds out to 20yrds, nothing splashes back. Haven't shot for accuracy groups but kept everything on 6" plates @ 20yrds. I'll be buying more with optics planet sale price.
I bought 1, liked it so much bought 2 more. Very low profile, fits flush with top rail & doesn't interfere with scopes. Other review said didn't work with his QD? I'm using 3 different slings & no issues with any attachment. Easy to put on w/supplied allen wrench. All have been holding up well
Nice upgrade over factory sights. In day light quick front sight pickup with red front post. In dark glow enough to easily aim. Only possible downside for some might be, these are "combat" sights so the side gaps are pretty generous. Don't expect tack driver type groups. Only took 5mins to install, those unfamiliar just ck online install video's. Front sight installs with a tiny bolt, you will need a thin wall socket. Same socket used with most glock & other similar aftermarket sights.
Bought the rear sight for an M-16 Simunition gun. Cheaply made, hex screw clamp to hold on rail. Found I had to adjust the front post all the way down to get close to zeroed. Not confident it will stand up to any abuse. For my application (training rifle only) it is adequate.
Good sight, have used them on other guns. Still trying to get this to fit correctly. You can't just put in between stock & receiver and tighten up. Uses foam and thin piece of metal. I tried to research others problems mounting to avoid complications myself. I have a synthetic stock & have found it needed to be notched to sandwich metal mount, but with foam almost impossible to get notched correctly the 1st time. Eventually if I can get positioned correctly I know I'll like it, but no wayI can recommend it as is.
