Nice compact grip for your P226. This grip is easy to install and remove. It comes with all the necessary parts to install to your P226. Plus the price is right. Do I need to say more, it is a Sig Sauer product.

Stays in place and is easy to install. The elastic and material help it maneuver your rifle easily.When there isn't much more to say you must say more as simple ready recite is not enough. Some times less is more.

The instructions and pictures are contradictory as to which part to use for a metal frame pistol (Sig) or polymer (S&W) (rear polymer adapter clamp.) The charging handle is too loose and all parts wet flying off after a day at the range. There is no instructions as to how much toque to use or whether it should be loose or tight. Whether some type of liquid nut should be used. Shooting without gloves is a bit uncomfortable and the charging handle will hurt your hands unless you have some tough working hands. The people at Sig (unusual) have no clue as to my questions, the video is useless.
On the positive side, it is fun to shoot, reduces recoil if you know the settings for the laser sight, the shots are quite consistent and tight groupings can be achieved with a Sig P229 Extreme.
The adapter rail lock is too fat to fit on my P229, 220 and S&W pistols. It does however fit in my Pro 2022 but the adapter has to be pushed forward a bit for the groves to match.
My shootings without the pin and the P229 seemed to have worked fine. Different thickness pins should be included.
The model in the video is quite different than the product included in the box.
I may change my mind about recommending it after I have had an opportunity to talk to Sig again and using it some more.
