It seems ok until you compare it to the alternatives. It's definitely nice to have a speech amplifier and a drinking system. But the core parts are not that great. You need to buy visor protectors as it feels like the plastic that will get scratched. And the 5 point head harness does not feel very sturdy. So if you use it regularly, you most likely will need to buy replacement parts. What is the alternative? I happened to come across Mestel SGE 400 BB mask. For an extra $20-40 you will get a 6 point head harness made out of solid butyl rubber and a shiny super-clear visor that is scratch proof. I would not need to worry about the replacement parts or visor protectors with SGE mask. I doubt I would ever use MIRA's drinking system, especially considering that the bottle produces some smell even after washing and the pipes are full of production dust. The entire mask needs to be thoroughly washed or you will get dizzy after putting it on the first time.

This trigger has slightly longer rear ends than other AK triggers. They seem to be ok with the original safety lever. However I have Krebs Safety Lever with BHO installed and it got blocked. I had to cut about 1 mm off these trigger ends in order for the safety to unlock the trigger. Works perfectly now.
