I have about 300 rounds through one mag adapter out of my PSA Gen4 slick side 9 mm upper 8.5”. I didn’t have to do any tuning or breaking it in like some YouTube videos have said you need to do. All you need is a GEN 2 pmag and you are good to go. LRBHO works perfect. No issues whatsoever. I will be buying a few more now that I know they work flawlessly.
