Cannot provide a positive review, because sadly, the product is described as the Meade ACF Telescope with Equatorial Mount (12-inch) but did not come with the mount despite being part of the description. I even verified before purchasing and was told the mount was included (older LX800 versus LX850). In fact, it only included the OTA and that is all I received. I can say that the OTA was shipped in excellent condition and from physical inspection I can see that it looks like a marvelous piece of engineering. Do not have a mount big enough to verify its optical performance. That said, OpticsPlanet needs to have somebody on staff that know enough about astronomical telescopes to properly handle customers and verify that the descriptions are accurate. To date, the description is still wrong. Returned the OTA. Bottom line is...buyer beware.
