PA red dots are always feature packed, though in the past I've always ended up trading them away. The GLX is one that will stay in my collection. the push buttons on the side are low profile and do not block vision like older knob style illumination dials did. The low mount provided cowitnesses very well with the arisaka low magnifier mount on AK and other similarly high rail platforms. big window, clear glass, crisp reticle. I opted of the CQB reticle as running this with a 5x or 6x mag will allow easier use of the bdc drops. The solar panel does not operate like holosun optics (where it would have an auto brightness setting) so it is there strictly for low/dead battery use. PA knocked this one out of the park and Optics planet made it an easy choice with a good price and active coupons.

purchased to replace the stock lower 1/3 mount for the holosun scrs. while this wont provide a standard absolute cowitiness height this brings the scrs low enough for proper cheek weld and good sight picture on both MP5 platforms (when used with UTG pro rail) or on top of my gen2 galil ace which inherently has a high height over bore. due to the footrpint differences between the scrs and 509t this mount extends beyond the base of the scrs slightly.

ADM products are great, i've never had any issues with red dot mounts, scope mounts, lowers, etc. Buy with confidence

Warne just does scope mounts well. these are SOLID, being steel. greaat clamping, easy install, secure scope holding, and low profile. what else is there to say. I have these mounting a vortex venom 3-15, no issues with installation, holding zero, or adjusting scope position as needed.

installation took a few taps with a rubber mallet as the 11mm rail interface was tight, but this is a nice, lightweight, well machined, pic rail. there's a lug that interfaces with the front of the breach to eliminate any risk of the rail shifting under recoil. alignment of the clamping sections to my host cz457 is aesthetically pleasing with no overhanging or exposed sharp edges.

Snagged this Venom to go on a CZ 457 22LR host, to compliment the VIper PST 3-15 I have on a ruger american. glass quality is great, reticle is very useful (though i'm still learning how to use MIL). eye box and eye relief are forgiving until you get up to 15x and things get a little tighter but that is to be expected. feels well built (heavy), turrets are clicky and dont have any noticeable mush/play.

functions exactly as intended, providing higher contrast for a dimly illuminated reticle with a bright background. when "off"/rotated for full light passage the polarizer does not cause significant dimming of the target image, so no need to take on and off. I am not running the kill flash as it and the generally blue hue of the host m21 dot does drive for a darker image and thankfully i'm not in a position where reflection off the front glass is a safety issue.

What can be said, this is an M4 Flat top upper. BCM makes quality parts, and the pricing here at Optics planet (and stock on hand) sold me on it. built this up with an 11.5" centurion CHF FBI barrel which did not require heating the upper to accept, fitment was nice and snug but not "cryo" as is sometimes required with these.

I really enjoy the flip to center design that unity has come up with. Having never enjoyed a piece of glass hanging out by the ejection port the fast mounts keep the magnifier in board of the firearms width when not in use. The upright head position is comfortable whether you are using night vision or not (i dont) but can be challenging to maintain good eye relief if you do not train for the appropriate chin/cheek weld. I beliveve another company is entering the flip to center game but unity is here now, and does it well.

Picked this up to compare with the silencerco alpha trilug adapter i use in a cash9K 9mm suppressor. This unit has more of the adapter outside the suppressor body, which results in a larger effective blast chamber (the silencerco unit is advertised as low profile and sits well into the blast chamber). I have not shot this yet to see if i get better suppressor performance, but can confirm the build quality is excellent. one caveat is, on certain tri-lug mounts, the fitment is very tight, and needs to be worked in. The unit installs without any provlems on HK pattern trilug mounts (ap5-p is one of my hosts), but on angstadt arms trilug mounts it was so tight at first that i didnt think the mount would work for me. after some continued mounting/unmounting the connection with these aftermarket trilug mounts has worked iun and i have confidence in this combination will work going goin forward

Bought the FDE TLR1-HL as my second light (to a black TLR1-HL) so one might say I'm sold on this model. Probably brighter than you really need but having accidentally flashed myself in a mirror, I can confirm it is disorienting as intended. I ran the black light on my 19x for a while but decided to color match and move the black model to my P-01. Form factor is great, keeping the lens forward of the barrel keeps it relatively free of burnt powder. controls are tactile, functional, and right where you need them.
