As stated by others, this is a bright tough little guy. It fits almost perfectly atop the G43x/48 MOS with the slightest overhang on the sides, and was probably the easiest red dot setup I have encountered. Take it out of the box, put the battery in, and screw it onto the slide. It even includes the torx key and sight adjustment tool. The only thing that could make it better is if it had a plastic or rubber optic cover like others have. Unlike some others in the price range, it does have the option to turn it off if you want to.

I ordered this optic a little over a week ago, Optics Planet did their usual fine job of getting it to me quickly, but when it arrived, I found that while the photo cell powered it up, the battery did not. I called Holosun and went through their diagnostics to try and resolve the issue, but we determined that it needed to go back for repair or replacement. I asked for a shipping label via mail, but it never came. They proudly stamp Made in China on the optic, and I had read in reviews of this optic that China can make good stuff, and that this was one of those products. Well, this never made it past Quality Control. A product that should withstand tremendous G forces in use shouldn’t have electrical problems in shipping. Optics Planet was quick to have it shipped back for credit. I will stick with American or German made optics in the future.
