This is the 3rd StrikeFire I have owned. The green / red selection for the dot is awesome. The Flat Dark Earth finish was exactly what I needed for my AR pistol build I just finished. I wish I could post a photo. Easy to operate. Different levels of intensity and very accurate. Comes with the perfect vortex cantilever mount.

It’s a really nice hand guard. The taper in the middle is a perfect spot for the forward grip. With ATF regulations on AR pistols this taper is a good option in lieu of having to get a tax stamp for a forward vertical grip. You will have to use the barrel nut that comes with it. Also you will have to remove the gas block and muzzle brake. It was a bit of a hassle but now that it’s in totally worth it.

Timber Creek AR Billet Dust Cover
Garbage. The retainer pin has to be threaded into the cover. It is nearly impossible to thread it through the hole. Eventually I stripped the head out trying to work it into position. Don’t waste your money. I just threw it in the trash and bought the carbon fiber cover from Fortis direct.

I love this component. It is very functional but the lever action tales a little getting used to. Its not bad it’s just different.
The aircraft aluminum and carbon fiber construction looks fantastic. The edge of the carbon fiber cheek piece has soke small edges that could possibly snag and sling or a piece of clothing. It’s a possibility but probably unlikely.

Install and Perfomance could not be better. Absolutely love this BCG. It looks so cool with the dust cover open and I ran 500 rounds through it yesterday at my bases range. 400 of those rounds were on full auto. Not a jamb or hiccup.
