This rail is very well built and tight fitting. No problem AT ALL on a PTR 91. Loc-tite is your friend. USE IT!!! It is well ventilated and allows the barrel to cool rapidly. The rail could get warm with rapid fire,not hot,but warm. I run a Magpul afg with mine and love it. Highly recommend the afg with this set up. Installation is SUPER easy.Its such a big improvement and so worth the money. This really is a no-brainer,get one!!! Seriously, you won't regret it.

Fits perfectly on a PTR 91. Super easy installation,all you need is a Phillips screwdriver. Tighten in an "X" pattern. Blue loc-tite is your friend. USE IT!!! It will sit well under your rear sight so YES, you can use your sights with this rail attached. Very good quality for the price. You'll be happy with it.
