Took a while to get the hang of it. Needed external triggers to be reliable. A little over a year of intermittent, careful, use and the internals have come loose. Never dropped, never handled roughly. Always stored in a branded soft-case. Something large is bouncing around in there. No reply from customer service in 48 h.
