Solid wrench for ARs, the 3 Prong wrench was a life saver for the Retroish rifle. And it also worked for timing the muzzle brake on my AR10.

However... and this is a BIG HOWEVER... The bottle opener sucks.

So when you want a cold one (but yo are a little classier than a twist top) at the work bench, but the only other bottle opener is being guarded by the wife (or husband! This is the land of the free after all!) in the kitchen. Do not use this. It will take you two or three attempts to get the cap off.

Orherwise solid Wrench, good value for money. Probably not made in the USA for that price. I just hope it was Taiwan not the bad China that made it.

I bought this product because I have a rifle I shoot less than others I own and wanted a better than milspec trigger but didn't want the cost of the drop in/cassettes I bought for other guns.
First off installing was tricky. It installs similar to milspec triggers but with some additions. There is an extra reset spring that is very tricky to put in. The instructions suggest adding some grease to the detent to help hold the spring while installing. I added too much, which was a tiny amount to start with. Therefore my trigger got stuck and would not reset, I had to push it forward for the reset. After diagnosing this. It reset smoothly, not as nice as my drop in/cassettes, but better than milspec.
Second the installation instructions included a diagram of the trigger. The main spring in the diagram was upside down and after trying to install for about 20 minutes I realized the mistake. It installs very similar to a milspec trigger spring. DUH!
Third I ordered the 3lb straight trigger. I received a Curved trigger, not sure of the weight but it still is pretty smooth. I could have returned it but I was too anxious to try it out. So, opted to keep the curved one.
All in All better than milspec, smooth, resets nicely (now). Honestly I will probably buy another and hope I get the flat trigger next time. However, if you can afford it, drop in cassette triggers are better. At least the ones I have tried.

I suffered the same fate as many other people have, assembling an AR10/DPMS/LR308. I bought a carbine buffer tube labelled "308 buffer tube". That 308 buffer was the same as a standard AR15 carbine buffer. So after putting all the parts together I went down to the range and was heartbroken that my AR10/DPMS/LR308 was having so many issues with failures to feed, failures to eject and double feeds. I soon found out that I needed not only a shorter buffer but a heavier one too. I purchased the Odin Works AR-10 Adjustable buffer plus an extra tungsten weight just in case. I started with the heaviest weight possible and stuck with that. Maybe I could fine tune it, but I now have none of the previous problems, the gun shoots reliably. Time to spend more money on another project.

I purchaced the non illuminated milldot version. Background. In my state we have a long black powder primitive arms deer season, we also have lots of close woodland where high powered scopes are a hindrance. I was told some cheap Chinese scopes have greatly improved in recent years. I wanted to try a scout style and didnt want to spend Leupold prices for an experiment. Purpose. I use an inline black powder .50 cal rifle where the scope traditionally sits over the breach and the hot gasses have fried two previous scopes, making them blury. I decided to try the Scout style to move the scope off the breach and to allow me to more easily sight in on close 20 to 50 yard targets. Initial impressions. The scope it self was presented nicely, the outside appearance was of decent quality, a 30mm tube and 42 mm objective lense is something not normally avaliable in this price range, glass was very clear compared to other scopes I own like a Weaver and Bushnell. There were some small quality control things, like I could see a small sliver of metal inside the objective lenses where the tube was threaded. This was not visible through the scope when aiming. The rings although cheap with a single screw each side were not bad. I used liberal loctite. Probably too high for most but for my custom made Monte Carlo stock they were just right due to my high comb. I sat the mounted scope and rifle on my bench to check the turret clicks. Not bad audible positive clicks and not spongy at all. HOWEVER
