Only shot 12 rounds to check it out. Fired every time, "clean" shooting, as accurate as the shooters skills. Makes a great practice or defense round at lower costs. Replenishing a dwindling supply before availability gets harder. I plan to try some other calibers for potentially resupplying what I have used up.
Shipping time was reasonable, price was very good.

First time purchase - price too good to pass up.
Seems reliable and accurate, but only fired 5 rounds. Ordinarily, some foreign manufacturers cut corners-but that does not seem the case here.
Will look for more from this manufacturer to restock my supply.
Defense ammo has been either hard to find or too high priced to buy - but now I will feel better using something other than training / practice ammo for a defense purpose.

Favor PMC for lower prices and reliable performance. Used them for many years for practice, training, and on duty carry.
Now, mainly replenishing supply while I can.

I trust Winchester brand to perform as stated. Rarely been disappointed - but years ago I had problems with hard primers not firing in a light weight revolver. Put them in a heavy .357 revolver and all fired normally. So that was more of a firearm problem than the ammo.
Ever since, no problems encountered. Used for training, practice, and qualifications for duty.
Keep a supply for target practice and if needed, to use for a defense round.

This is a great practice ammo, often used in training also. It can also be used for defense if needed.
I'm replacing supply used up when special prices or sales appear.
Count on quality, factory new components, and factory specifications to reliably and safely fire every time.
NOTE: Long past, I experienced "hard" primers that would not fire from a factory specification manufactured firearm with light firing pin springs - but did fire from factory manufactured heavier revolvers with stronger, heavier springs.

These are fantastic for surveillance of large areas, even at night with low light.
Find them to be easy to use just in hands.
A tripod would be a good accessory to get.
A bit heavy, definitely set up the included chest pack or get a strong neck strap with strong attachments.
Got them on sale at a fantastic price.
Completely satisfied so far. I only had them a couple of weeks at this time.

Was used as issued duty and practice rounds for several years, range qualified at timed, multi-stage, multi-distance, 60 round course.
Always fired, great accuracy beyond normal expectations from a 4" heavy barrel revolver.
I expect a lot from the ammo I use, and this one delivers.

Used PMC ammo for many years. Always reliable, accurate, and clean firing. Never had a failure to fire from ammo problems - though a few failures to load from too much shooting and not enough cleaning and lubricating the weapon!
The FMJ 230 grain is a hard-hitting round and met US military specs for over 50 years.
By far, the best in availability and affordability you can get.
Great for range practice, training, duty carry, and self-defense uses.

Winchester has been my "go-to" brand for many years.
This particular .38 special + P JHP round was reliable in firing, accurate to 25 yards on the FLETC Qualification course from a 4-inch barrel.
I still use / carry this in revolvers for defense.
Stores well in the long-term.

I've used several brands over the years - top named and some less well known.
Always been satisfied with the PMC brand (in several calibers) for great accuracy, excellant production, and reasonable prices.
These hold up well in long-term storage.
Optics Planet sales make for additional savings at a time when ammo is getting harder to find or afford.
Very well pleased with this product and do recommend it.
