Overall, very good product. Disappointed that it did not come with an owners manual, only a fast start guide. Granted there is not much that goes beyond the info in the fast start guide. However, the little white light on the front top of the thermal, keeps coming on, even when the unit is off, on the charger. I keep turning it off, a few minutes later, it is back on. Consequently, Everytime you pull it out of the pouch, you pretty much have to do a full recharge. Tried calling Flir customer service, a joke. Any company with good customer service would probably be better.
