Nikko Stirling 3-9 x 40

Written on Feb 20, 2019

I have been using my 3-9 x 40 for a few years now, and find it to be accurate and real value for my money. I can really recommend this model for any hunter. Not for night hunting though, although I've made a kill in good moonlight nights. I am going to buy me another one for my Bruno .22 long rifle. Lenses are more than clear enough for a lot of scope needs. If the scope is mounted the right way, there should be no problem with zeroing. Since my scope been zeroed and adjusted, I have not had any need for readjustment. This is my personal experience. I've read some negative stories, but cannot share in them. I have some friends that uses the exact same model on their rifels (3 to be exact), and they would echo my remark on this scope. The price in comparrison to other makes of scopes are also a huge plus for my budget. Well done to Nikko Stirling on the model 3-9 x 40. Yes there are "better" scopes on the market, but at what cost. Not all people are owners of money. Again...depending on your needs, I can recommend this scope to any person who enjoys shooting their rifels, be it on the shooting range, or be it for hunting in the wild. I am very satisfied with my scope.
