For the price point, the quality is great for every day shooters. I've got 2 of these and I gravitate shooting the rifles they are mounted to. Yes, it is heavier than a red dot, but ince you start adding magnifiers, the weight trade off is negligible. Vortex customer service is also the BEST I have ever experienced when it comes to backing their products.
