TRYBE Tactical 42in Rifle Case
Advertised as a hybrid case, I knew this would fit my needs as a rifle enthusiast. Protecting my case with its design, low profile looks so as not to bring needless attention, and its soft interior were my reasons for this case. I would like a few extra choices of velcro straps to secure the rifle though. Everyone has a different set up, so to have that kind of flexibility would be nice to have. Other than that, I am very happy with my choice. As for longevity, from the feel and looks of it, it seems it will last quite awhile. That's my initial impression.

Wanted more from red dot with magnifier, so got this 1-5x scope

First focal plane a plus, leveling indicators a plus, came with lens caps. It's illuminated. The sr3mil reticle has a nice field of view - circular reticle at 1x catches your eye,and zooming to 100 to 150y with cross hairs get you reaching at distance. My outdoor range I go to only extends to 150y, so the zoom is good enough for my current use. Recommend getting the throw levers though, waiting for mine to arrive. Glass is quality, clear and adjustable. Eye relief is good, better than couple other lpvo's I was looking at. Used this scope in cold weather (teens) no problems, no fogging. I must say 1st scope came with illumination not functioning, Optics Planet took care of it and was up and running in a 9 day turn around time. Overall, happy with my 1st scope. Catch this on sale though!
