So im a firm believer in glock guide rods after gen 3 have been garbage. I have a tungsten in my g19 absolutely love it and have well over 10k rnds through that. I didnt want tungsten for the g43 due to trying to keep it as light as possiible sinces its my edc.
This is worth the buy 100% feels like its made well and i wanted to wait to have at least 500 rnds through it before doing the review. Not a single malfunction and anybody that says you don't feel the recoil or the difference in it is lying to you or they don't shoot guns often and no matter what they they wouldn't know the difference because they're too scared of any gun and The recoil.
I got a 17 lb version so that's the same as stock and I can feel a big difference I wish I could test out the 19 lb may end up getting one of those just to see the difference. Wish I could buy just the springs.
Also dont take a brand new g48 and shoot a few rnds and blame the guide rod also why would put a guide rod in a brand new glock? Shoot stock before you uograde so you know what you need to upgrade. Ita usually never the gun its the shooter thats the problem.
Now i try to always not be that guy that critizes every little thing because i really dont like that guy. In this instance at least in my own opinion im going to be critical so other people are informed which there may be another review that says this on here. The mag works and it works good in a sense of quality and for the mag itself.
The issue I have is they dont state anywhere its not for all TM22s, i have the RIA 22 semi auto but not the ar version that comes with a 10 rd mag. This mag DOES NOT have the notch to seat the mag. When you insert it and let it go it will fall straight out everytime. I ended up just dremmeling a notch into the mag and it works but sloppy cause well ya know i like when things work out if the box and you get frustrated and pick up a dremmel your work will show your frustration as it does.
The mag is nice though and will work with the right gun I would assume.
