Received Damaged Bolt, Poor quality control.

Spikes Tactical M16 Bolt Carrier Group (BCG)
I know Spikes generally has a good reputation for quality control, however I just received my order this BCG, and the bolt itself is damaged. It has a pin sized hole on the bolt just rear of the lugs, material chipped away from around the circumference of the hole? It literally looks like someone took a punch to it. To top that off, its ironically just forward of the HPT/MPI stamp. The bolt (carrier) itself looks ok, the actual bolt is defective. This must be what failing a HPT test looks like. It's no wonder why it was on sale. I knew I should have ordered the BCM bolt carrier group and (Directly from BCM) as I have before. So this Spikes BCG was a $25 Savings for a damaged product and inconvenience.

Great addition to the BS line

The quality of this was great. Shipping was fast. It seems pretty rugged, more so than I actually expected. I wish it were a bit less in cost, but with that said, I would still buy again vs not having any support. It simply looks great as well.
