This is my first ankle rig and bought it for my S&W 442. It is comfortable to wear all day. After a few days you really don't even notice that it is there. I can highly recommend this to anyone that needs to carry in this manner. It is a very reassuring backup to me XD .45.

Great value for the money. Holds an edge and keeps it. Holster could use a little more work for other carry options. It doesn't allow for horizontal belt carry which with a knife this small would be very useful.

I bought these for my S&W 422 in an ankle rig. I have large hands and needed more real estate than the little factory grips give. These ,like all my previous Hogues, Work great. Cushion the recoil and give plenty of hand purchase. The only downside is in practice drills my pant leg tends to grab on the hard rubber toe of the grip. But I almost expected that when I purchased them.
