coup de grace
Written on Jul 23, 2026
Put this on an ARC CDG action and works great. Ive got two Christenson Arms MPR that came with the Special triggers so I already knew what I was getting with this order. Clean, crisp, super easy to adjust. I set mine at 1.5# and it pulls within a tenth of an ounce time 1after time on test pulls. Ive also got a diamond on my AR15 in 30O BO and its awesome as well.

RCBS Trim Mate Primer Pocket Uniformers
Great little tool for uniforming primer pockets. I mainly wanted something for quickly getting all of the carbon out of the pocket and this works great. I have it on my frankford arsenal station

MDT CKYE-POD Gen 3 Double Pull Bipod
Great bipod, I would argue the best there is. They are very pricey but it kinda goes back to the saying buy once cry once. One thing I was very disappointed about was that they don't include the rubber feet. I was under the impression they would be included. Nope, send them another $60 and you can have them. Come on MDT, these should be included without a price bump. With all that being said I do plan on getting the triple pull one day. With the double pull as high as it will go I can get behind the scope on my butt in a sitting position to shoot level or at a downward angle.

Rainier Arms AR Match 300BLK Barrel
I got this barrel to go from carbine length to pistol length gas to soley run subsonic suppressed. I installed the barrel the gas block and shroud and went to put the suppressor on and it was a no go. My old $80 Bear Creek Arsenal barrel was 5/8×24 the same as this one was supposed to be. I got the micrometer out and found that the threads were .017 too big. They were the correct pitch but the od was off. I know that I could have returned it and got a new one but I'd already waited almost a month and a half for it to come in. I ended up taking it to my local gun smith. He couldn't believe that QC let this get by them. He recommended sending it back. I decided to have them fix it instead because I didn't want to wait who knows how long for another barrel. Bottom line is I ended up paying more money than I should have out of my impatience yes, but also because Rainiers poor QC. I in no way blame Optics Planet for Rainiers lack of QC as I know Optics Planet would have taken it back and made it right.
