It fits my USP 45 Tactical with TLR-4 perfectly. I was worried but I really wanted the leather lining inside of the holster for this particular pistol.

I’m so happy that it fits as this pistol has been a difficult pistol to find a holster for with a light attached. I have tested it with my adapter and TLR-1 and it fits in that configuration also.

It was hard to find this holster in stock anywhere. Fits perfect and very high quality. The suede inside helps protect gun finish, the molded polymer is perfectly formed to hold the pistol securely and the locking thumb latch is a huge positive.
