Nice reticle but lousy mount and poor quality control

Burris AR-1X CQB 1x20mm Prism Red Dot Sight
I liked the reticle as it was clear and bright. Plus not having to worry about batteries going dead (you can always use the etched reticle instead of the red or green), is a great feature. Unfortunately the mount is horrible and you can't use any of other of the quality mount manufacturers mounts that are currently available. My scope kept coming loose until I finally cranked it down with a socket wrench. While trying to site the scope in, I found out that the adjustments weren't working. I would dial 6 clicks and the POI wouldn't change. Dial 6 more and still no chance. Dial 6 more and the POI would jump 18". I finally sent the scope back.
