I like the rubberized surface, it’s comparable to my magpul grip on my other rifle, but the magpul doesn’t have the rubber texture for better control.
Only design recommendation would be to make it with grip cores for storage of batteries or oil

good budget handguard

For the price it’s a decent handguard. Very light and a nice finish. My build took a bit of fitting to get the barrel nut screw holes lined up properly, but that seems to vary from barrel to barrel. The only thing I wish it had was anti-rotation tabs to lock into the upper receiver, but would likely be difficult to do while keeping the price low.
The included m-lok rails and hardware was an added bonus, but they are polymer so I wouldn’t recommend for anything that puts force on the rail like a bipod or foregrip, just a weapon light or something like that.

Good compact prismatic sight

Overall I’m very happy with the scope on my 5.56 16” M4. Very clear glass, and good magnification that is a true 4x. It’s compact and lightweight, and has a great quick detach mount with throw lever that is easy to adjust and mount.
It has a good illuminated reticle, for close in shots it works well as a quick point and shoot, almost as quick as an unmagnified red dot, and the 4x magnification is nice for longer shots.
Some items to be mindful of to ensure it’s what will work for you:
It does have a short eye relief, so you have to use a nose to charging handle cheek weld. With it being a compact scope it is on the smaller size, so a lot more narrow to sight through than an average size scope or red dot. The hold over etchings are also a little on the small size, so it’s difficult to read the ranging markings.
