Reticle is Crooked

So I have two of these and one of them looks great, the reticle is clear and sharp. The other one is fine as well except that the reticle appears noticeably crooked, about 5-10 degrees tilted left (from 12 o’clock toward 11). My rail is level and the mount looks fine, so I think it must be the optic itself. Never had that happen before so hopefully it’s a one-off, but I am disappointed with this one. Normally my experience with Primary Arms products has been top-notch.

Sightmark Laser Bore Sights
I had what I thought was a pretty close zero on my Sig P365xl, but wanted to use this to get it perfect and shorten the process for other handguns. Could be an issue with the red dot, but when I look through it, it is tough to see the laser. After adjusting the red dot to find the laser at 25 yds, windage was way off even at only 7 yds. I then adjusted my red dot back to what I had originally and it was dang near perfect. Ultimately I found this product to be a waste of time and money and it’s clearly not reliable, I can’t recommend it.
