Takes a MAJOR licking and keeps on ticking

So I've worn this watch for several years now and only take it off when I'm taking a shower or having s*x with my girlfriend. Its run the gauntlet and been on my wrist the entire time and still looks new, no scratches on the crystal or watch body. I've never wound it manually, it used to run on the money but now its about 10 minutes fast per day. Its a Seiko movement and must be a pretty good one to take all the abuse. I love the tritium gas bulbs on the face and they are incredibly bright at night.

I shoot IBS light gun (17 lbs max) and was considering the new Schmitt and Bender 12-50 X 56 scope as well as the March 10-60 X 56 high master. There's no way I could make weight with the Schmitt and Bender, but could with the March (barely). The new March has better glass anyway, even better than the March 10-60 X52 scope that I just sold, so it was an easy decision. If you shoot 1000 yard bench rest or long range you can go wrong with a March, the choice of champions.
