Trijicon HD XR Front Sight
I love these sites. I love the XRs. The acquisition in daylight is incredible. Makes front site focus easy. Only issue I have is this is my 3rd front site post from trijicon. Idk if the small screw is the issue but my holster is made for this gun with the fixed sites and I have sheered off the front post 2 other times. Idk how it happens. I just look up one day and my front site post is gone. I use red loctite on it so I know it’s not coming loose. It gets 3 stars because I’ve had to get 3. Actual functionality is 5* when it stays on. I think the screw needs to be longer but that’s just me.

This riser is perfect for the jaw/cheek weld. It’s not as high as the GBRS but still high enough to allow you to have good peripheral and special awareness while shooting

I think this is very well made and drops right in with perfect fit. Haven’t shot it yet but very impressed so far.

Installation was easy. Love the battery compartment which doesn’t cause you to re zero after battery change or have to remount the RDs. The controls of the dot for brightness and power aren’t great. Same button. Finger in the way when adjusting.
The dot isn’t super crisp to me. Has much more starburst than the RMR. I do have astigmatism so who knows but the rmr is a crisper dot. Leupold makes great product and I’ve never had an issue but so far those are my pros and cons.
