These Blackhawk holsters are very nice. This was my third one. I purchased one when I got my first pistol a while back and wanted to stick with the operation type for increase proficiency. I personally like the paddle design, a little more work to get on but provides a very secure fit. They are very durable.
I mostly just use mine at the range but I wouldnt mine wearing it on a hunt for close in protection.

Very Nice Leather Holster

I purchased this holster for my wife. I am a fan of the kydex holsters but my wife prefers leather over plastic. The appears to be very well made. The stitching is well done. Its keeps its shape very well, allowing for easy insert of the gun. As with all leather stuff, it needs to be broke-in a little to loosen its hold around the run for easier access but a very good holster. I believe I got a good value for my money.
