Have run a few hundred of these and have yet to have any problem. I run a FLOW.762 on my LWRC DI carbine. I have shot enough on this set-up to now have full confidence on the round.

Fits perfect on my FN Reflex.
The dot in the viewer is very large which is good for close range but will cover over longer range targets.

Does what it is supposed to do, give you more shots.
Everything fits nicely, but be careful installing the spring. t is very long.
Also remember, that you need to remove the extension to remove the barrel for cleaning.

S&W Tube Extender

Glad I was able to find one
I have two old S&W 3000 pumps in 12 ga. that are hard to find parts for.
Back then, they were made in Japan. Not even sure it you can still get them but they are a great shotgun.
The tube extender only makes it better!
