Great Target for general sighting in, but also excellent for fine tuning Brand Names or Reload's
Written on Aug 26, 2015
A little busy, but with well defined sections, and easy to see 1" markings, that make all five areas very easy to sight in on, with a good scope, or spotting scope. I usually sight in on the center area at 100 yards, then finish by shooting a 3 shot group at the first quarter section. I mark each section as to caliber, and bullet weight. Then 3 shots with different weight bullets at the next quarter sections. That way it is always easy to know how to change your scope settings later on without having to re-sight in again. I usually use the same brand of shells on each target, and save them by brand, and caliber.

Great extended length solid Pivot, and Traverse Bipod for uneven terrain.

I have a shorter bipod with no traverse function, that is only used when target shooting from a shooting bench. This size is perfect with Pivot, and Traverse Bipod, and the 29" length is perfect for field use.
After reading the previous review, I read a great write up on Field and Streams Web site, and they gave it great reviews, plus a few other Sportsman's Web Sites that also showed good results, and a few that did not like it. I made my decision, and ordered it, due to the fact I am only 5' 11" but have a long back, and the 29 inch height is perfect for me, I treated it like any other attachment I add to my shooting collection. Make sure everything is there, and functions correctly, the mounting is good, the pivoting works good, and locks down correctly, and the Traverse swinging of the barrel on a moving target is great. After that I remove the screws one at a time, and apply removable loc Tight and then reseat them one at a time. I also do that on each leg at the swivel screw nut locations. The Member Service staff was great on some shipping issues, and it was on sale at the time of order, and I highly recommend, and afew I my friends will also be doing the same.
