Great Product With Built in FAILURE!`

Purchased this product twelve months ago after having used several other Key-Bak products over the years. I used the Retractable Key Reel for a year with admirable results. THEN, last week (11 months and three weeks after my purchase) I reached for the key reel and IT WAS MISSING. It had fallen off of my duty belt! Luckily I found it in my vehicle seat where it had fallen when the belt loop faile. The nylon had literally shreded.
I do not think there is a competitive product on the market, but absent a design improvement, this product is doomed to failure - probably just about the time your one-year warranty runs out.

Get the size right and you will love it. It is light and strong and can carry the load. I have worn mine for 9 months and it shows no wear. Much lighter than others I have tried. Runs a bit large so select the size carefully.

Low Price and Matching Quality

This backpack is bargain priced, but the item is no bargain. Stitching is really bad and it started to literally come apart at the seems after only about 45 days of use. The stitching on the sling is pulling apart. Additionally, the stitching of the main compartment is unraveling.
